 Our studio apartment is a fully furnished apartment, great for professional travellers!

                   · Lighted ceiling fan and a 30" floor fan
                   · Full furnished living space
                   · A single bed with pillows
                   · Summer and winter bed linens
                   · Two towel sets
                   · Extra blanket
                   · Large Closet with clothes hangers
                   · Study area with lamp
                   · Remote control 20” LCD color television with cable TV
                   · Digital radio alarm clock
                   · A private bathroom with shower
                   · High speed wireless Comcast cable internet access for internet ready laptop computer (WiFi)     
                   · In-house laundry service (for Homestay only)
                    
Option 1: Homestay Rate and Fees (single occupancy):
Monthly fees:   $1,000.00 per 28 days monthly cycle 
Weekly fees:    $300.00 
Extra night:    $50.00 
 
* Seasonal central air conditioning available (extra fee of $35.00) 
** Homestay fees include daily breakfast and family homemade dinner, lunches are not included**
 
                      
Option 2: Lease/Rental Apartment Rate & Fees (single occupancy without meals/laundry service):
Monthly fees : $850 (per calendar month) heat and hot water included, gas stove separate
                   * Seasonal central air conditioning available (extra fee of $35.00)
                   * Use of kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils
